Our Summer Reading Program was a great success! Now is the time the library slows down so we may recover and prepare for our fall events. We will not have Storytime or Mother Goose on the Loose during the month of August. However, we look forward to resuming in September.
In the meantime, stop in to say hello to our new Children’s Specialist, Olivia Blackketter (AKA Ms. Liv).
A few events will continue this August!
- Ms. Alyssa will be back with Music and Movement on August 7th at 10 and 10:45 AM.
- Pushing the Limits of Transformation, our STEM for Adults program, will be August 13th at 6:30 PM. We will enjoy tacos along with vibrant adult conversation.
- Readers who Lunch is August 15th at noon. Bring your lunch to discuss our book of the month, “Honestly, We Meant Well” by Grant Ginder.
It is hard to believe that school is right around the corner! Congratulations to all the readers who achieved new reading goals and found exciting new books over the summer break! Keep up the good reading and try to stay cool!
