Summer Reading Excitement

The Piedmont Library Summer Reading program has been spectacular so far! We’ve enjoyed getting to know our civic heroes, learning new tricks from circus performers, petting exotic animals, and rocking out to some fun tunes! Page Turner Adventures provided an exciting virtual component to summer reading this year. Continue to post pictures of your kid’s creative crafts and tag #piedmontlibraryok! This week was our last for the 6 week virtual summer reading program. Continue to read and put stickers on your reading logs! The summer reading store will be open until August 9th. So you may still get your reading logs checked each week and pick out a prize.

July 13th from 11AM-12:30PM will be our last in-person event! A Fairy Tale theme will be a great way to wrap up summer reading program. We will have princesses and superheros inside the library for a meet and greet. This is a come-and-go event and we hope your family will join us!
